1. Error of printer driver
The USB cable is not connected properly
Reinsert the USB cable on the motherboard and computer
Replace the USB port on the computer and reconnect it
The computer doesn’t recognize the model driver
Manually install the model driver in Device Manager on your computer system
2. Printer initialization error
If the X-axis drive works abnormally and the red light blinks, contact technical support
Check that the terminals of the connection between the driver and the motor are in good contact
First turn off the software, then power off the machine, manually move the trolley to the middle of the beam, turn on the machine, and then turn on the software
3.The printing platform does not move
Observe whether the red light at the receiving end of the height limit beam sensor is triggered. If it is triggered, lower the height of the platform until the red light is not on, and then move again
Use the “Motion Test” function to see if the front and rear sensors of the platform are triggered. If they are triggered, move in opposite directions
4.The UV lamp does not work during the printing process
In the software “parameter Settings” to find the UV lamp control parameters, check whether the UV lamp control switch is selected
During the printing process, check whether the power indicator of the UV lamp is on. If not, contact technical personnel
If the power indicator is on, check whether the UV light control relay has a clean “click” sound and light on prompt during the printing process. If the relay cannot work normally, it needs to be replaced (if it is a multi-way relay, the standby circuit can be used for control).
If the problem still exists after replacing the relay, it is necessary to check the power input circuit of the relay (technical support is required).
5.Shortage of colors when it is printing
Check the negative pressure value and adjust to the appropriate value
Stop printing, observe the surface of the nozzle, if stained with ink, then normal ink, use non-woven cloth to wipe the nozzle
Exhaust air to the nozzle, press ink, wipe the nozzle
Replace the filter between the secondary cartridge and the nozzle
6. The color is different of the original colors
The ICC is not appropriate
Select the correct RIP parameters (input ICC, output ICC, PASS count, resolution, etc.)
Wrong print mode
Check print parameters (speed, single and double, PASS count, light mode, white ink parameters, etc.)
7. The ink does not adhere wellThe medium surface is not clean enough
Use alcohol to wipe
The material of the medium itself asks
PP and other media can be tried to white oil
Media such as metal or glass have special coatings to strengthen adhesion
The light intensity of UV lamp is not enough
Set back and forth illumination to enhance irradiation power
